WILDLIFE PHOTOGRAPHY

Capturing the beauty and behavior of wild animals in their natural habitat can be challenging as it requires patience, knowledge of animal behavior, and often involves traveling to remote locations

I am just starting to delve into the world of wildlife photography and am eager to learn and master all the techniques involved in capturing the beauty and grace of nature’s creatures.

This species has a preference for marshes and similar freshwater wetland habitats. The food of the spur-winged lapwing is insects and other invertebrates, which are picked from the ground.
Pied kingfisher usually hunts by hovering over the water to detect prey, before diving vertically bill-first to capture fish.
The common kingfisher hunts from a perch 1–2 m (3–7 ft) above the water, on a branch, post or riverbank, bill pointing down as it searches for prey. It bobs its head when food is detected to gauge the distance and plunges steeply down to seize its prey usually no deeper than 25 cm (10 in) below the surface.
